September 30, 20205 yr Hello, My autopilot does not work - no problem before last patch. Now, it sometimes work following 3 to 4 waypoints maximum, sometimes, plane takes off and flies straight as if no waypoints were programmed. Reloading plane in dev mode does not help. Same problem with an empty community folder. When in autopilot, calling the map (V key) crashes FS 2020. I have tried autopilot in different places (Europe, Asia) - same problem. What about you ? is there something to reset with autopilot function ? Active pause : I followed your posts and programmed P / CTrl P to pause the Sim. Good trick, thank you ! Active mode : you can play with your joystick so that your speed is as it was before entering active pause. You also have to readjust your trim before resuming active pause. Normal pause is easier : what is the purpose of active Pause ? Thanks in advance.
September 30, 20205 yr The difference between active pause and the Esc pause is that in active pause you can still adjust things like nav radios or your heading bug which you can't do in Esc pause. I can't help you with your AP problems, AP is working well on my system post update. On my rig I have to call the VFR map immediately on entering the cockpit to stop a CTD. Mike Beckwith

I switched from French to English to use your FS words.And I've learned a word : CTD, CAB in french = Crash Au Bureau About Auto pilot : It started below the red path, and the more it flies, the less it reaches 1st waypoint (Arughat in this example) Is there a minimum distance between 2 waypoints ? Btw, it will also fly far on the left from Thumi, Shri Kewa ... then far on the right from other waypoints ...
