October 26, 20205 yr so can u choose a differnt departure point or only ones in your history? what happens if u try to fly one of the challanges? maybe do one of those and then try your world map again... weird problem i dont know what to tell you, choose differnt plane? change fron online weather to offline etc etc or back and forth?

October 27, 20205 yr maybe just go ahead and fly and land at a option that it is giving you and make sure u do a real shut down so it logs your flight in your log book and then check the work=ld map again,,, i sounds like its stuck in history or something hung up needs to reset ..i dunno,,,

October 27, 20205 yr Are you a steam user or an MS user ? If MS try starting from the MS store. The other thing to try is the good old log out of MS in the game/ MS store/Xbox game assistant/ Xbox game bar/anything else MS - and then relog. Edited October 27, 20205 yr by Glenn Fitzpatrick

Glenn, I have never logged into XBOX in any way, I don't own one nor do I want one at this stage. I am an MS user. At this time, I have redownloaded/updated all my content and checked my filters. Nothing has changed. When I type in anything in the select departure airport or arrival airport and select search, absolutely nothing happens I can only select the preselected items in both departures and arrivals, both feature the same preselections and both include airborne (1500feet) waypoints in my history area, none of which I put there, or have previously selected. ie none of my history is listed and only YPKG in Australia. As far as I can see there is no way to delete or modify any of these preselections either. I hope that gives all of you some further information to work on. October 27, 20205 yr I have had something like this happen once before when I was messing with my community folder while the sim was starting up. I was only able to fix it by removing the "Content.xml" file in LocalCache (two directories above your Community folder, if you had a standard install). That seems to be built by the sim at some point during its startup based on what's enabled, and I think if it gets corrupted it can keep things from working until manually repaired. But that's just a guess... and this may not even fix your problem. It's just a thought for something you can try.

Tony The game, at least the MS version, installs the Xbox assistant and/or game bar automatically into Win10. they are basically windows screen shot / video grabbing apps. There are some faults that do require you log out of all MS apps including any Xbox gaming ones.
