Did you mean all those crazy Black Friday sales and promos?

Correct

I always wait until after November 11, Remembrance Day, then it’s time to load a few Christmas music stations into my Sirius XM list!

I was singing in a few bars the other week too🍺 Cheers

I bet alcohol was involved.

Thats right sir. Makes me sound better😊

Personally, November is far too early for me.  The problem is the massive marketing blitz by every advertiser out there who bombards us with Christmas music the minute Halloween ends.  It used to start after US Thanksgiving which was a little too early, but now it is just worse.

"Now, more than ever, you need to buy a new car!".  What does that even mean?

Just like anything, doing it in excess makes it a lot less special.  By the time the actual holiday comes around, I'm just burnt out.  I mean, I love chocolate, but too much of it would make me sick.  I love flight sims, but I wouldn't want it to be the only video game I own.
