From what I've found later models had accumulators and at some point earlier in production they did not have them.  I just read an article by AOPA that states unfeathering accumulators are a great standard feature on newer Seminoles.  The article says the accumulator would take the prop out of feather at 100-120 knots and previous models required the starter to be engaged to uncage the props.  Here is the article.  Piper Seminole - AOPA

I flew 2002 or 2003 version. 100 kts was exactly how we unfeathered prop

I have a very basic problem. I can not get the engines to turn over. They simply will not crank. Everything on the panel seems to respond when I turn on the master and fuel pump switches, etc. but when I push either o the start switches noting happens. No noise, no crank. In desperation I tried the auto start using the Ctrl=E keys but nothing happens. The engines should crank over even it you haven't turned on the fuel pumps. Any hints?

Thanks

Did you turn fuel selectors on? How about magnetos ? They have covers that you must open first !

I am baffled. Fuel selectors on, mixtures rich, all 4 mag switches on (or at least both on the side you're starting) and then press start and it should crank over.

Yes, fuel selectors on the floor to On, or Run. Open Battery and mags covr plates and switch to ON.

I know the battery is on as lights work and fuel pump works, Well the left pump works, not so sure about the right one as  the gage for that one does not move. And, the auto start does not work. I also tried starting the default twins and then switching to the PA44 thinking the engines would be running, but that doesn't do it either. I will keep looking.

That is exactly what I am doing. I hear all the cockpit sounds, fuel pressure is up, battery is good. I have also tried to start it with the ground power unit active, but no joy there either. I have sent a help message to Carenado so we will wait to see if they respond. Maybe I will delete it and do a fresh download.

Thanks

I would delete in content manager and reinstall again. Then after first load select their iPad option cold and dark, and then restart MSFS again.

Can you post a video of your start procedure anywhere and link it here?

OK, I want to delete the plane and do a fresh download. I went to Content Manager and the plane is there, but I do not see any button or and verbiage to delete the plane. Do you know how to delete the plane? I did a search for this but nothing that shows up is for this version on FS.

Thanks

On the ASOBO standard planes that come with the game, if you click on the name of the plane, the option to DELETE pops up, but not on the Carenado Piper PA44. Nothing happens. I'm thinking I have to go to Packages and delete it there.

Do you have any mods? Another thought is temporarily empty comunity folder (buck up first) and see if any mod interfere with Carenado add on

I have no mods. Community folder is empty. I just deleted the plane then did a fresh download and install but nothing changed. I also noticed that with the power cart on and or the battery switch on, the fuel pumps work and I can hear them and see the gages, but the three Gear Down green lights are NOT illuminated. The engines will not turn over. Also Auto Start (Ctrl+E) does not work. Strange.
