April 28, 20215 yr The problems with LNAV have been identified and acknowledged by the developer. They mostly occur when flying at a heading around 000° and having a strong crosswind. It should be fixed with the next update. Until then you can help yourself by flying in heading mode as long as the plane is swinging from left to right and right to left. The throttle problem is due to MSFS throttle settings fighting with Aerosofts. This will also be fixed with the next update. You can circumvent that problem by using 3rd party tools like FSUIPC7, Axis-and-ohs or spad.next. Unbind the throttle settings in MSFS and bind them in one of those tools. July 3, 20214 yr You must switch off anti-ice as soon as you don't need that anymore, like if you are above the clouds or when SAT decreases to -40 celsius. It eats thrust like a hungry lion. Thing is, as soon as you slow down below ~220 kts while climbing your aerodynamic performance degrades so much that - no matter the thrust - you will eventually stall. If that has happened you need to take a dive, regain speed and climb again (without anti-ice, unless necessary). That ESC thing doesn't happen for me, even though I pause through ESC all the time. Actually with the CRJ I've had the least problems of any airliner in MSFS, it's relaxing to fly (compared to the FBW A320 on approach e.g.). For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.

Spot on with your comment regarding aerodynamic performance degrading. Once you get behind the power curve during a climb, its difficult to get all your speed back until you level.
