No, it is clear from the EULA that you cannot do this "legally..." ;)As with all such quibbles between "can" and "may," only you can make the final decision...

It is a bit difficult to appreciate the more realistic simulation of airmass effects in FSX when one is experiencing low frame-rates.Best and Warm RegardsAdrian Wainer
