REX SF and P3D v5

Recommended Posts

From where would I get REX SF version for P3D v5?

I already downloaded SF from the shop using my REX credentials but in fact that was for P3D v4. Where do I get the correct version? It seems, that I'm again wasting my time with REX products due to lack of an appropriate support forum.

Don't know where you got yours from. Mine came from Rex directly and the file you want is: rexskyforce20210321 which has installers for V4 and V5.

If you look, you will find. Rex is never a "waste of time" as far as I am concerned.

REX has re-arranged their online shop and customer accounts.

In order to get Rex Skyforce for P3Dv5, I set up a new account in their new portal: https://rexaxis.com/

I added my serial numbers for the REX products I had purchased from their store to add the products top my account.

And then once that was done I could download the latest installers from my account on REX Axis.

As far as the Rex forums, that has pretty much disappeared and been replaced by a knowledge base and a Discord channel.  Both are somewhat mediocre I have found for finding answers to support questions that you were more likely to find on their previous customer support forum they had.

Thanks to all. Got it finally. When I first logged-in to the REX shop I got the wrong version (v4 only). After a while I found this new portal "REXaxis" from where I could download the v4/v5 version after registration. After several identification steps I have it now on my system. I'm using SF for textures exclusively, and ASP3 as the weather engine.

I was not aware they had v5 compatibility yet, I will give it a try.
