Yeah i have had trouble with it on and off since launch. It started with CTD's which i was informed over on the msfs forum was something to do with the way they had named files. changes were made,and i did get it to run, but the beach still remains checkerboard, and the marker lines except for the runway are not there. I just left it at that, i tried the dev, never even got a reply,

And just as a note, i use the addon linker, it has been proved this addon has issues certainly for me. no probs with any other at all, and i have about 40 already.

Just took the Bell out for a spin to check the beach and the airport and no issues at all. Certainly no checkerboard and marker lines were all present and correct.

Have you tried loading with nothing in community other than the TNCM scenery?  It really sounds like something else you have installed is interfering with the TNCM scenery as there doesn't seem  to be any problem with the scenery itself.  (apart from the badly named  files, but i run everything through the MaterialLib and ModelLib  changer before running them for the first time anyway)

Believe me, i have had zendesk the lot trying to solve the issue. For most it seems fine, but there is a growing group that suffer the same issue.I always use Addon Linker as a method in fault finding.

Yup done the modelib thing... as well

The issue I have now though is the beach with the people has a checkerboard pattern to it. I cannot figure out how to fix this. Pretty frustrating too that the dev has been silent
