July 30, 20214 yr After updating MSFS, my FSDT KORD, KSDF and LSZH are broken. Jetways are either missing and/or parts of the airports just don’t look right. Is there an update for these that may be needed? I did do a fresh reinstall of each of these airports today but it didn’t fix the issue. July 30, 20214 yr From the FSDT Facebook Page: Hello, today the Sim Update 5 for MSFS 2020 will be out, together with the new XBOX version. Due to some breaking changes in this update, all our products for MSFS will require an update. To get the update, if you bought from our site or Simmarket, just run the FSDT Live Update. If you bought from the MS Marketplace, the update will be available as soon Microsoft will approve it. July 30, 20214 yr Sigh, sucks that most of these addons will need updates. Well I really hope it's for the better of the sim overall. July 30, 20214 yr Assuming they've used stock jetways Asobo will have to repair them. I don't think any developer can do anything about it. They're all broken at the stock airports too. If they've used their own it's still possible there's some in sim (lack of) functionality that'll break them too. Edited July 30, 20214 yr by superspud
July 30, 20214 yr Author I did run the FSDT updater, so I suppose the jetway issue is related to MSFS itself, and will not be correct until Asobo fixed it? Cheers, Pete Pete Solov - Lake in the Hills 3CK and Schaumburg Regional 06CProud AOPA Member - PPL 2001Real World Piper Cherokee Pilot

I can only confirm if you run the FSDT updater, all jetways will appear again ( and other minor objects that also disappeared too early, but jetways are the most obvious ), that's precisely what the update was about. We always used custom jetways but, it seems that's something that still needs to be fixed in jetways that would affect both default and custom jetways because, even if our update fixes 99% of our jetways, there are still 3-4 jetways missing from KORD, which *sometimes* appear depending where you start the flight. It was the same for P3D w/ all of their various updates over the years including new installers. Not a big surprise for an update such as this.
