Good analysis...  Interesting about the guide pilot, never knew that.  I knew that they had that in maritime operations for port arrivals but honestly never knew it existed in aviation.  The GPWS callouts weren't the issue, the lack of adherence to direction and PNF's actions were the biggest issues if I heard correctly.  

Funny enough, I keep trying this in MSFS and all my approaches look just like this LOL
