Looks like the Rubik's cube part of the game... Doesn't it?  It is a bit large to be that close to the runway and blue and white is a realy mystery. It may be intended to be something like this:

Red and White checkerboard markings are just the international aviation standard on how to mark hazards for planes. You will notice that any building structures near to the runway (or basically anything that goes anywhere near the runway) will have similar markings.

During the time I was stationed at Forney AAF (KTBN now) there was a small structure very close to the end of the runway that housed radar for GCA.  It needed to be close to the runway much like an ILS, but a GCA is a manned approach procedure where an ATC provided left/ right, above/below instructions to guide in a pilot on an CGA (Ground Controlled Approach) instrument approach.  It was the only instrument approach procedure there at the time.

I have no idea. I have the standard version, so this may be an object from one of the other versions they placed there by mistake and that I can't see. Strange.

Well Nassau IS in the Bermuda Triangle after all...

@fppilot interesting that you were at Forney.  We call Ft. Leonard Wood -- Fort-Lost-In-The-Woods and I've always considered Forney to be a part of FLW.   I am about 100 miles away from there as the crow flies.  I didn't even know Waynesville appears to be using the airfield as their airport now.

Was referred to the same way when I was there in the early '70s.  The post sits in the middle of Clark National Forest and I did a ton of hunting and fishing during my 3+ years there.  Fun being Air Force on an Army post.  Given my last name the Army didn't mess with me! LOL!

Where are you located?  Later during my early business career I was with a farm equipment manufacturer.  I lived in Suburban Kansas City, Jefferson City, Manchester/Ballwin, and at one time or another I traveled the entire state with the exception of the boot heel.

Oh yes.  You told me that once before, now I remember.  I am at KCGI which is on the north edge of the bootheel flatlands.

I did live in Jefferson City for a while in the 90's.  They tore down the little house I rented.  It was right behind Capital Region Medical Center.

Manchester/Ballwin -- I wonder if you ever saw Arrowhead Airport?  It's not far from there.  Abandoned now.  The flood of '93 took it out.

Was it the small airport along the Missouri river next to a golf course?  I believe the golf course was called Umbro Valley or something similar. The small adjacent airport was popular with aerobatics pilots who practiced over the golf course.

Yes -- that was Arrowhead.  It's a sad looking place now.  Google Earth even shows a derelict airplane in one of the roofless hangars.

Do you also have the standard version?

This a placeholder asset because the original one failed to load. Could be an Add-on. Deleting the Cache could also help.

Deleted the rolling cache, didn't fix it. I don't use manual cache.

I also don't have any addon for MYNN.

I would like someone with the standard version to check if they also see this.

It is the cube from the SimpleScenery SDK sample. In the objects.xml, the box is placed exactly at lat="25.05112705300210" lon="-77.47373611527840", which is where your screenshot shows it.

So, could it be, that you were playing around with the SDK some time back? If not, probably one of the authors of your installed airport addons did it (and shipped the SDK leftover with his scenery). I guess that with all addons removed, the box will disappear.

You're right, I disabled all addons and it went away. I never messed with the SDK so it must from one of the other Bahamas scenery I have. I have lots of them from Flightsim.to.

Guess I need to enable them one by one to find which one is causing the issue.

Thanks for the help. 😉
