August 19, 20214 yr I have noticed that after SU5 + HF1 + HF2 some clouds have a very slight pink tint around the edges. Especially high level clouds. Anyone else see this too ?. August 19, 20214 yr Affirm! I still see a lot of color banding in the sky and in clouds as well as purple and sometimes greenish fringes. Definitely wasn't present pre-SU5! I also notice some pink tint at the horizon nearly all the time - all in all the sky has become less natural (for me, that is!). I just wish they do something to the "overdone sunset colors - orange" too. Just the other day I was watching the sunset here at home - came inside - fired up the sim , and what I saw in the sim is just too dramatic and overdone and not near to what I saw IRL. August 19, 20214 yr If you set ' ColorGrading 0' in the user.cfg the cloud tints disappear. Of course this is just a temp solution.... Most of what is said on the Internet may be the same thing they shovel on the regular basis at the local barn.

For now, I just tell myself it is fine water or ice droplets reflecting in the sun at the edge of the clouds, as I have seen that effect in real life anyway.
