MSFS - Always Amazing

Recommended Posts

Flying From Stewart BC to Bella Cola BC with live weather in the Carenado Seneca and the cloud views are amazing.  I take several shots during each flight (each is a masterpiece IMO) but have yet to publish them on the cloud. (any suggestions)

Anyway I'm totally happy with this sim as many of you are and just wanted to share.

Who needs to pay RL AvGas prices when you have MSFS?

Regards

Sprout,  I have the Seneca and love it.   I'm curious if you're using the PMS GTN750 Garmin with it.   I didn't know it existed until today.    https://pms50.com/msfs/

I'm going to give the freeware version a shot after dinner with my Mooney M20R.

It's mentioned as "GTN750 integration option (GTN750 from pms50.com)" on Carenado's page for the M20,  Seneca,  and their other FS20 aircraft,  https://pms50.com/msfs/aircrafts/.

I've had their GNS 530 installed for a while now.   Saw in a thread today that the 750 has been updated for SU5.     It peaked my curiosity.  Thanks!

I use the GTN 750 in the JF Turbo Arrow, C172, and the DA 62, and all I will say is you’re going to love it. Going to do a C172 flight now on PilotEdge where it’s indispensable. Great addition! So much so I may pay for the premium version to support the great effort.

The Seneca seems fine but I think they are working on the Mooney which I will probably purchase.

I would say 7 out of 10 flights give me a big wow factor at some point.

Flying the other night into Wiarton, Ontario (approaching over Lake Huron).  As I approached Wiarton there was cloud cover above but it was still clear behind me.  As the sun was setting the clouds ahead suddenly lit up - grabbed this shot:

Set that as your desktop background until you take your next masterpiece.

BTW I earned my PPL with the Piper Tomahawk but the Seneca makes up for that. 😄

But my first luv is the Conquest.  No Twin Turbo comes close to this baby.  Hope to see it soon.

Cessna 441 Conquest II - Wikipedia

I flew the Flight-One version in FSX for 5 years.

Just did my first rnav approach into JFK in the A320, dusk, with the city lights just coming on, on a smokey day (Orbx weather-preset Wpp- UK: typical spring day)

And as I glanced over at the Setting Sun I saw that weird effect where the sun appeared to be an orange-red oval, sliced slightly at the top.

I was just grinning about the lighting engine being sophisticated enough to show something like that so realistically, and that I was seeing this in a flight Sim.

Too awesome.

When I updated from the Marketplace, it indicated the Seneca was also being updated, though I haven't flown it yet to check it out.
