August 28, 20214 yr This seems to swing back and forth quite a bit. I switched from Exp to Dev a few weeks back based on some discussions on this forum. Question: Is Dev still the most current and complete at this point? Thanks CPU: Core i5-6600K 4 core (3.5GHz) - overclock to 4.3 | RAM: (1066 MHz) 16GB MOBO: ASUS Z170 Pro | GeForce GTX 1070 8GB | MONITOR: 2560 X 1440 2K
August 28, 20214 yr I think so, I have been using DEV for quite a while but recently switched to the new Experimental build that incorporates the new Flightplan system and LNAV. So I guess the answer is yes but all of my flights on Exp have been great over the past week. A lot of the SID/STAR anomalies seem to be fixed. August 28, 20214 yr If you want the new Flight Plan Manager, use the Exp, some things do not work, like TCAS and Weather/Terrain Radars, but worth it for me personally, due to the awesome Flight Plan Manager... Most of what is said on the Internet may be the same thing they shovel on the regular basis at the local barn.
August 28, 20214 yr Also just switched over to the Experimental build and the mcdu is much better. However, after a few successful flights, the Electrical System has gone "beserk" !! Can't start the APU anymore ? Runs ok on Ground Power, but no power when I try to use the APU. Same on Dev. and Stable versions as well .Anyone any ideas what this could be caused by ?

There's a reason they make all three builds available, but in the end it is up to the end user what they want to prioritize. PC: I9-10900K, RXT 3090, 64GB RAM, 3840x1080 49" super-ultrawide

I'm currently on the Dev build and quite like it. I'm ok with waiting on the features to slide over to the dev build when they are fleshed out.
