September 4, 20215 yr I've checked my menu and from what I can find, there are no "tips" checked anywhere. Where is the magic switch that turns off things like "takeoff tips" and "taxiing above 20 mph limit", etc. I've been through every aspect of the Options screen and nothing seems obvious for turning these tips OFF! Although if you break the list of options down to the granular level (collapse the list), you can see the individual settings (On, off, etc), rather than the 'Hard' and 'easy' groups, which affect multiple settings. September 5, 20215 yr I agree, they are a huge PITA and I have them permanently turned off. The fact that they are enabled by default shows that MS is really gunning for the newbies to introduce them to the basics.
