September 10, 20214 yr Hmmm, Recently I was looking for frequencies on a map in MSFS because Plan-G (which is what I use for the most part) was showing me different data. I was surprised to find no data on the map. I noticed that I have NAVAIDS turned off (settings of the map). I turned it on, but I have it turned off as default again and so every time. I found near similar topic: but from few months ago, so looks like it isnt solved yet? September 10, 20214 yr No, lots of other settings do not stick either, such as the airport history on the world map, the aircraft's customization menu where you can enter the tail number etc. to name a few more. September 10, 20214 yr You know what would be great? to able to see the world map with its filters available while flying vs that absurdly dumbed down VFR map. You might find LittlenavMap meets you needs. It's a superb flight planning and moving map app, includes SIDs, STARs, and approaches, and is free. https://albar965.github.io/ Al Edited September 10, 20214 yr by ark

October 15, 20214 yr Author Btw, I use this (from now) and it WORKS (MS Store version)! Change to ON from OFF. Btw WHY Asobo cant do this easy trick?! 🤬 Check this path: Webmaster of yoyosims.pl.Win 10 64, i9 9900k, RTX 3090 24Gb, RAM32Gb, SSD M.2 NVMe, Predator XB271HU res.2560x1440 27'' G-sync, Sound Blaster Z + 5.1, TiR5 [MSFS, P3Dv5, DCS, RoF, Condor, IL-2 CoD/BoX] VR fly only: HP Reverb G2
October 15, 20214 yr Thanks for pointing that out, but I'll wait until SU6 is officially out next week to see if Asobo has addressed this issue. October 15, 20214 yr In the lower right corner of the World Map there appears to a map distance scale just above the yellow FLY rectangle, but the scale is labeled 0NM no matter what I do. How is this distance scale intended to be used? Thx, Al EDIT: I see now if I zoom the map in and out the NM value on the scale changes. It didn't seem to do that before. Seems to go make sense since the NAVAID filter is on. Al Edited October 15, 20214 yr by ark
