That's nice, just keeps it simple and elegant! Thank you!

Tried with a small flight, I noticed a little problem:

I got the  taxi_over_speed (30) at the exact time the program transfer me to takeoff phase. do I need to manually announce takeoff or something?

It thinks me descending pretty soon after I starting cursing , maybe due to a little altitude fluctuation?

 

Also I'd like too see the IAS and pitch/bank angle on touchdown, that's also fairly important parameter for a good landing.

Small aircraft might not work well, the takeoff is captured when you have engine running at takeoff thrust and for small aircraft that can be off.

Descend is detected when vs < -500ft/min I think…

 

I will add IAS and Pitch next release 🙂

@C2615 pitch and IAS is added to release 0.1.1, my app would let you know once it is uploaded

A lot of other bugs you mentioned are also fixed 🙂 this is still early of this product but I will definitely try my best to fix anything 

Thanks, having few flight, it's getting better and better!

The only thing I would miss is in the first version I can manually input my expect flight time, but not in the newer version.

The newer version is using real world data, maybe I will just load it and still let you modify it. Thanks for the feedback.

 

It is still under heavy development and plan for next big feature is to allow you buy aircraft before you can fly one. B737-800 will always there so you have one can fly. I just don't have enough time to finish that yet.

Nice, thanks so much for this!

Empty seats is getting boring. Instead of a slider, it would be cool if XP would let you enter the number of adult and child passengers. Then you see them in their seats inside the plane. That would be a start at least  Then improve on that by having character animations and conversations etc later on.

FMOD 2.0 is coming in v12.00 and can be used in dynamic plugin driven content. Skeleton animations and other obj updates are coming as well after they ship.

In the aircraft model it will be needed to define the seat locations (3d position) and their seat numbers. Then during flight loading XP must intelligently add the passenger models to their seats according to flight configuration screen. XP should let passenger models be defined such that it can be customized per region. So for instance a flight from a small airport will draw mostly native passengers but international flights will be more mixed.

you making the animations? just make a pull request on the 744 and the community will love you forever.
