October 15, 20214 yr I'm wondering why we have no wild life add-ons for specific rural areas. I'm only aware of the Okavango Delta add-on. For bush flying in British Columbia or Alaska it would be nice to see bears, elk and moose here and then, some whales and seals would be nice too. I've just purchased Tofino LB CYAZ airport from ORBX and did some bush flying over Vancouver Island. Would be nice to have some more fauna there like in real world. I know it is not the most important part of flight simulation but it is possible as it was shown by the Okavango Delta developers. October 15, 20214 yr I believe this is possible to do. I know Bijan's new island, huts, watermasks, rocks addon has additional fauna hand placed by him. So it's possible for scenery devs to make this as an addon. What would be cool, is if there was a a pre-made library of fauna that we can use as freeware, and then we can manually place them anywhere we want in game. October 15, 20214 yr Someone did make an addon featuring an Elephant invasion of London Heathrow for a bit of fun. May have been elephants or maybe passengers arriving from New York (it's hard to tell the difference). October 15, 20214 yr There is the Antarctic addon from Aerosoft with penguins and other items. All animated. Also, the Jurassic Park Island addon at flightsim.to is surprisingly good fun. I won't spoil it, but watch out for the Meatasauruses! Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind). I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio.
