Thanks for the info, I picked up a second LG 27GL83A-B 27 Inch Ultragear QHD IPS 1ms NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible Gaming Monitor to match the one I got 5 months ago for my other gaming system.

Yeah, sorry, but with the holidays incoming, keep an eye out. Newegg and Best Buy will likely have something similar.

I signed up through slickdeals to track items I want and snap it up when it drops in price.

Another one to keep an eye out for is Monoprice, their monitors are underrated and actually great values. I bought the Zero-G 35" ultrawide from them and I'm pretty impressed, especially when I bought it for $300. Search -MONITOR - HDMI Cable, Home Theater Accessories, HDMI Products, Cables, Adapters, Video/Audio Switch, Networking, USB, Firewire, Printer Toner, and more! (monoprice.com)

Thanks again. For what I need (a pair of 27") the Monoprice just might work really well.
