I have had it a few times and guessed it was a server issue, as it has started normally some time later when I have tried again, normally after about 20 minutes or so. Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind). I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio. Intel 14900K in a Z790 motherboard with water cooling, RTX 4080, 32 GB 6000 CL30 DDR5 RAM, W11 and MSFS on Samsung 980 Pro NVME SSD's. Core Isolation Off, Game Mode Off.

January 23, 20224 yr I get these problems some times and suspect issues with the MS servers. Sometimes they admit there is an issue and sometimes they don't. February 15, 20233 yr I just bought flight simulator on the Xbox Series S and after only one week, I started having this problem with authentication at startup. The only solution I found and I know this is not ideal, was to reset the Xbox, but save game and files option. Upon restarting the Xbox series, the base version of flight simulator was installed, but I had to reinstall all the addons including the premium upgrade. It took almost an hour but it worked. Unfortunately, the same thing happened 6 days later and I had to do the same process and it is now working. Not very happy with this at all and I’m hoping they fix this.
