That's a matter of perspective. Also I doubt the people working on that would be the same people programming the AI.

Perhaps, but they really need to prioritize more important things. AI and ATC are big ones.

developing AI? I guess the team is very very small, so far it only has gone one way - downhill......

They probably don't even have a dedicated AI team.

I get the impression you don't have a very good working relationship with Asobo RE the AI? Hints of frustration coming out. I  can see why, I've just had a plane at EGNT doing donuts on the taxiway in front of me.

I have all AI turned off, what the FPS hit with it turned on at around 35%?

I use Live Traffic, then they sit still on the gates and do not move around like kamikaze pilots at low altitude around the airports.

I don't look at any FPS counter, but I have not noticed any difference in performance with around 200 airlines downloaded.

I know you mentioned random liveries in Live AI if a match can not be found, but you left out static always being completely random.

 

I also didn't see mention of the rotating aircraft.

Yes, I'd like to see it resolved. But there are tens of thousands of people playing this game, all with different motivations and desires, and many of those are not hardcore simmers. It doesn't make their wishes any less valid. And they may even be in the majority.
