November 25, 20214 yr @Martin That's why in the past with HP the printer head was ON the cartridge, so every time you put a new cartridge in the printer a new head was installed. My only question to them was why I couldn't repair my printer or have it repaired by HP themselves (my right to repair ?). I always bought the "original" ink and was "rewarded" every time I used the printer with a pop-up informing me that I could claim a reward for doing so. November 25, 20214 yr Moderator My chief annoyance with inkjet printers is the requirement to calibrate/align the print heads every time a cartridge was replaced. It is a waste of good ink!Ā š¤ Fr.
