SimSkunkWorks development on hold indefinitely

Featured Replies

Just spotted there's an update on the SimSkunkWorks (Fiat G.91 and TF-104G dev) website saying

Due to serious organizational and personal reasons we regret to inform you that the SIM SKUNK WORKS development activity is suspended "sine die".
We cannot yet establish a date on which activity will be resumed.
We will continue support, albeit in a limited form, to our users for products already distributed for MSFS 2020

That's definitely not good news as the G.91 and TF-104 were top notch planes.
Hopefully whatever problem are behind this (and I have NO interest in what they are) can be resolved and work begin again.

-- Edit -- just to avoid any possible confusion this Sim Skunk Works creators of the Fiat G.19 and TF104G military aircraft NOT Sim Works Studios creators of the Quest/Dahler Kodiak who I hope are doing just fine.

… and I was considering the Kodiak in lieu of the Twotter… time to sit on my hands.

Kodiak is from the similarly named SimWorksStudios, no issue here with the Kodiak.

I initially got confused also when I first read it, different developers.

 Intel I7 12700KF / 32 GB Ram-3600mhz / Windows 11 - 64 bit / NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060TI / 32" Acer Monitor, Honeycomb alpha/bravo, CH rudder pedals, Tobii 5, Buttkicker, Logitech radio panel.

Serious bummer! I've been a fan of their products for years. I sure hope they can works things out.

Thanks for the heads up - I've added a note to the original post to hopefully keep it clear who's being talked about.
