May 16, 200719 yr >I cut trees down for a living. A bit dangerous when it's wet.>Too easy to slip with the saw. Eric,I tip my hat to you. That is a profession that I can only envision in my dreams having spent my life indoors in both meteorology and IMS. I love the outdoors and thought a lot of times how great it would be to work in that environment. I spent a couple of years in Alaska, Yakutat, with the USWB and I remember how beautiful that country is. :) Gary
May 16, 200719 yr Please dont' tell me I'm the only one that feels as if they're discovering what it means to be standing on the edge of history.....(that's not too dramatic is it???) :)
May 16, 200719 yr Yeah. Kinda got wrapped up in the moment there. (breathe...)I will enjoy itI will not try to make it more than it is meant to beI will take my time to appreciate all the fixesI will not look for a huge, unrealistic, unimagineable improvementI will read the release notes if something I would have liked to be fixed, isn't fixedI will not be tempted to move ANY sliders more than ONE tick to the rightI will expect to go back to the SAME performance as before if I do thatI will NOT be tempted to increase my screen resolution eitherI will be realisticI will simulate.(and, release...)

Most of the time we do technical takedowns, trees over wires and over houses, that's our specialty. We do land clearing for houses as well, but not as much.I'd love to spend some time in Alaska. That sounds great. Did spend some time in thew Yukon, though, and it's marvelous up there. Which is why I'll be flying there, and Alaska, in FSX as soon as my mesh finishes loading.Let's get that patch cooking! @-@ ___________________________I'm just flying for the fun of it.
