Managed to get these working in that the dials and switches react in the cockpit. However the displays are blank in the units.  Windows 11.  Anyone got these working perfectly ? Any tips ?    The FIP s all work fine

To get mine to work I need to manually start up the Logitech driver before starting msfs every time, it’s the only way I seem to be able to get the displays to work.

Sorry I’m not at my computer and can’t remember, but I downloaded it from Logitech I think and added a shortcut to my desktop so it’s easy to find, I believe it is an .exe file. Just a side note, I’m using windows 10..But I can assure that if I don’t start the exe file every time I don’t get displays and have to restart the sim.

Wish I could provide more details but I don’t have access to my computer till tommorow.

If you buy Axis and Ohs ($20) then you just click on the top menu: Hardware | Saitek Panels Enabled and the panel(s) will light up. You can also choose which of lots of commands to bind onto each knob or switch position or switch where you don't want the original binding. With the official logitech drivers you are stuck with only have the original bindings. SpadNext is also a payware software which can also do this and more but in my opinion is more difficult to learn.

There's another menu item: Hardware | Saitek FIP Enabled (to configure the little FIP  gauges).

The Window on the left shows all bindings that are currently bound to the chosen Logitch panel. (Lorby AAO works with Logitech Multi, Switch, Radio, and the FIP panels).

On the right window are alternate commands available. In the picture G1000 is highlighted. If you click on it, then the menu changes to display fifty-five different G1000 bindings available for any panel switch or knob.

Miscellaneous includes many unique ones in simmconnect, e.g. Toggle_Jetway. So if you don't need the Auto Throttle switch on the panel you can use it to bring out the big snake.

The Apply Filter window on the bottom is for searching for commands hidden in the tree. (You could type the word jetway to do a search of the commands).

I have the Logitech Radio, Switch, and Multi panels all three stacked on top of each other. (They slope backward when you stack them by screwing them together with the included machine screws .So you can read them better when they are on the desktop below your eyesight level).

Those 3 Logitech panels are something I am never going to sell or replace. They have never given me a single issue or problem.

Best Regards,

I'm not sure. I don't have the Logitech drivers, so I know AAO does not use them. But I'm not sure if you have to uninstall them.

I did uninstall them however and by the way, without the Logitech drivers all original Logitech functions still work in AAO. Because AAO starts out with the same functions assigned as were assigned on the original Logitech drivers, as far as I could tell. So you don't have to reassign anything. But you can change them if you want.

Thanks, I will uninstall them to avoid conflict.

I have the original Saitek drivers and test tools still installed, just to have an easy full hardware function test. I have not observed any conflicts with AxisAndOhs (which requires lots of time to get used to).

Best Regards,

AAO is great for almost all assignments in MSFS. Take rudder trim. I have two mechanical toggle switches (left and right) for rudder trim on Warthog throttle. They do not repeat, they just tick the rudder knob one click at a time. But if I also throw another 3rd toggle switch forward it changes the function of those first two. So now the trimming does repeat very fast.

To trim. First I trim at very high speed left and right to get close to neutral yaw. Then throw the shift toggle back and now those same 2 other toggles trims left and right one click at a time to get it perfect.

This is possible because AAO lets you do lots of things the MSFS controls window does not. Such as to make a button a single keypress or a repeating keypress. Or to set the repeat speed to slow, medium, or fast.
