February 11, 20224 yr None of my aircraft will tune a ILS frequency anymore. I'm not sure what's up... I'm talking stock airplanes with a GNS530 or even the G1000 Nxi. I did cancel my Navigraph sub but it was supposed to go for another month or so. Is it possible cancelling that disabled all my frequencies for ILSs? It's a really weird issue - never seen it before. edit: This is still SU7. Edit of the edit: I figured it out....Navigraph deleted all my data when I uninstalled it grrrr (and did not restore default). That's a little annoying imho. Anyway deleting the Content.xml for the sim worked - the sim automatically rebuilds a new one upon startup. Problem solved. It's funny and just goes to show how much RNAV(GPS) stuff I've been doing - because I got rid of navigraph a few weeks ago hehe. Ryan, you did remove Navigraph the correct way and not by just removing it from the Community folder, right? February 12, 20224 yr Author I didn't manually remove anything. All I did was cancel my sub so I'm not sure what happened. | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |

Why didn't you use Windows Control Manager and just uninstall it that way? I have gone back and forth with Navigraph and default and that has been successful for me. It says Navigraph is still in there. I do not understand why deleting the content xml and restoring it fixed the missing ILS's. If the data has been removed then that button says Install (like the charts button). Navigraph data resides in your Community folder when installed. Remove does just that, it removes it. Verify that is happening. Verify that is happening. I can't even find that program. I have removed the rest via control panel add/remove. I moved the navigraph out of community to see if it solves my ils glidepath issue. Nope that made it worse...I'm back to no ILS frequencies again. Grrrr. So now I have reinstalled that program, "navigraph navdata center" and I installed the latest cycle. I will see if that works. I should still have one month left. EDIT again: Yes that fixed the problem. I now have ILS freqs, and the autopilot will follow the loc and GS in the G1000 NXi (Mooney APR mode still blows through loc and doesn't descend on GS). Hmmm wonder why cancelling sub screwed it up in the first place. February 12, 20224 yr Ryan, you might already know this, but just in case ... after removing the Navigraph nav Data, if the following line in the content.xml remains at "false", you won't have any Nav Data in the sim. <Package name="fs-base-nav" active="false"/> This line is normally changed to "true" by the Navigraph NavData Canter program when we use it to remove the Navigraph Nav Data. February 12, 20224 yr Author I did not know that. That's probably what was happening.
