February 19, 20224 yr I read that this product would not only enhance the runways and taxiways, but would also remove the snow from them where snow is present on the ground. It does not appear to remove the snow from them. Anyone tried this product? Their support page does not work either in from the link in the User Manual or from their webpage direct. You get directed to the MSFS Forum and the link there does not work either. Is this a ripoff, or did I misinterpret the description of the product? Edited February 19, 20224 yr by Stratocruiser1

If it says it removes snow from runways and it doesn't, then clearly it is breach of advertising standards. I'd ask for a full refund. February 19, 20224 yr I've not seen Zinertek state anywhere that it removes snow from runways. And their competitor REX states for their own product: "Beautiful snow buildup effects on runways, aprons and taxiways with full PBR support". Edited February 19, 20224 yr by Phantoms Added links James
February 19, 20224 yr It doesn't remove all the snow, it removes enough to see centerline and taxiway entrances and exits, which to me looks pretty realistic.
February 19, 20224 yr Author You are correct. My mistake. The runway and taxiway signs are all there peeking through the snow. The taxiway markers and lines are all visible. The runway lines are a little more difficult to see as they are white, but of course all the runway white lights are illuminated as they are in the default scenery even in the daytime. Thanks

February 19, 20224 yr On Zinertek Support: I once had success contacting them via Mail http://www.zinertek.com/contactus.html and got a pretty quick reply (1 or 2 days). But this was years ago, I hope it still does work.
