April 2, 20224 yr Geez. Serously. Sometimes... It's been a while since I had the time to do a proper flight with the FBW A32NX but this morning I just had enough time to give the new exp version a try. Of course nothing should go wrong or this window of opportunity would be gone. So I set up a flight properly, doing it the right and more time consuming way, and after all the preperation I finally ended up in the FBW A32NX cockpit. And then the EFB showed a black screen saying 'If you're seeing this, React didn't load'. And there is no way I can turn it on. And hence there is no way I can even start this flight properly. And by now there isn't time left in order to properly do this flight anymore. And so I am annoyed. And... so on. Anyone knows what this message means? And how to get rid of it? So I can do a proper flight with this plane whenever the next window of opportunity arrives? Geez. Serously. Sometimes...
April 2, 20224 yr I would delete it and reinstall. Plus anything FBW in the AppData folder. But I guess this will just annoy you even more..

I deleted it and reinstalled it already but that didn't help. I didn't delete all other folders though but I might give that a try. Then I will lose all my settings of course. Great. As it is now I am more inclined to delete MSFS entirely and play some other game LOL
April 2, 20224 yr The FBW experimental version doesn't work with the SU9 beta. So there's that as well.

April 2, 20224 yr I generally steer clear of the experimental builds. The development version gets updated almost daily and generally works without major issues, so I'm happy with that!

April 2, 20224 yr FBW exp seems to work flawlessly again. Simbrief properly loaded (forgot to insert the waypoints before last update). Just enroute LOWI to ESGG now. Weather and cloud look awesome. April 2, 20224 yr @DAD you fly with multiplayer? I'm using Live traffic with Aerosoft Easy Traffic. Works quite well. Hmm, thinking of switching back to FWB experimental. That new flypad is just too nice. Just departed LOWI actually. Great IFR weather with clouds broken at 5000'. Now enroute to LDZA at FL370. 7950X3D | RTX 4090 | 64GB DDR5

I am a happy camper so far I messed up the approach into Zagreb. MSFS ATC (yes I know it has it's limitations) gave me the opposite rwy of my Simbrief plan - I fumbled around too much reprogramming a new STAR and ILS. Besides being WAY too high. Approach with very convincing weather, low cloud base and icing conditions all the way down to rwy. Anyway, back on the newest exp build now and the FBW seems extremely solid.
