April 15, 20224 yr Community, Former MSFS user here gong back to the subLogic days as a kid. 1. Has someone create a file that uses the old keyboard/mouse/yoke assignments for MSFS 2020? 2. Has someone been able to create the maximize view (W)? 3. Is their a 737 aircraft available? 4. Does MSFS recognize the CH Yoke with buttons? Thanks in advance. Tim
April 15, 20224 yr 1. No 2. No 3. PMDG Wouldn't it be great if ASOBO could give MSFS all the things we had in FSX though.. Everything is new (well almost as there is some code that is very similar if you look at the SDK etc). I mean cameras, controls setup, GUI, the way addons work - it's all different. And being that the sim is so young some of the airliners are JUST starting to appear. Aerosoft CRJ has been in for a while but it's not working super well if you're trying to simulate a full flight - for me things like basic LNAV aren't working at times etc. Within a few months we'll likely have the PMDG 737 series, the Leonardo MD series, and hopefully the Fenix A320 (look it up looks incredible). We may also have an A310, the Just Flight BAe 146, and I think there's one more airliner coming. April 15, 20224 yr Oh and yes, the CH yoke will work. You have to bind the buttons to whatever you want though. I actually think the controller setup is a little quirky, but way more powerful than stock FSX. It won't take long to bind your peripherals. People are very knowledgeable here and will help you! | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |

It's only critical to clean up legs as needed and after that it's rock solid. On a very rare occasion most likely when I did not correctly clean up the route simply using HDG mode to get reoriented toward the next waypoint, then turning AP off and back on again, then hitting LNAV again, has always got me back on track. I do full flights including SIDS/STARS virtually every day.
