Push/Pull A320 Altitude/Heading/Spd Knob

Featured Replies

Is there a key to push pull the ALT - Hdg - Spd Knob?

Chris Chiozza

Perhaps this?:

Ctrl + Insert / Delete for heading bug.

Ctrl+ PgUp / PgDown for altitude.

Oh wow thanks...I looks all over. Is there a list anywhere?

Will that does change the values but it does not push or pull. At least on mine. I dont have a keypad.

Chris Chiozza

Change accessible settings in MSFS to legacy control or something similar as I'm not at pc. That resolves push pull being available in fbw a320

I was looking for the same, as I personally prefer keyboard shortcuts to mouse usage, for all AP commands. However, I don't think there is a shortcut for the push/pull modes on the A320.

Also, there is no currently working command to sync the heading bug;

There's a command called "AP HEADING SET" but this sets the heading bug to 0 / 360 degrees, regardless of the current heading.

I have side buttons on my mouse, to pull I press FWD button, to push I press Aft button by default (can be reprogrammed to your liking).

Note: I have MS mouse (hardware) with default MSFS mouse profile.

Can you tell me the key press you use?

the actions are called,

- cockpit interaction tertiary action (pull)

- cockpit interaction secondary action (push)

I don't think they are mapped to any keyboard key (I didn't check), but you can assign them to what ever key you want.

no worries, it happens to all of us.

here is some illustration (I'm not good at it) but I hope it will help finding what you are looking for.

Note: I think you need to put the mouse pointer on the required dial that you want to push/pull before pressing the assigned key. (I did not try it using keyboard, it is working just fine for me using mouse side keys)
