Put it in the community folder by itself and not in the C310 folder in the community folder,  Do not overwrite files ion the C310 folder.

Properly structured mods just drop in as stand-alones.

The CDI deflection on the GTN (in magenta) does still not match the HSI CDI which has no deflection (see picture below).

GPS mode (no VLOC) selected. Cycling through the Nav Source in the TDS app has no effect.

 

With the mod in place, I now see the HSI NAV flag all the time. Before the NAV flag was only visible in VLOC mode (which makes sense since there is no localizer signal).

 

Any ideas?

OK... couple of things.. first of all your screenshots do not show up, so it is hard to see what you are doing.

The HSI NAV flag should disappear if you have a VOR tuned in VLOC mode, or if you have an active waypoint in GPS mode.

I don't understand why my screenshots don't show up. I have tested this Avsim forum page with another browser and with my iPhone and it always shows up the screenshots.  Can somebody confirm that my screenshots are visible?

The NAV flag does not disappear with an active GPS signal since I have installed your mod.

This is an issue with the C414 code...  I thought it was working last night but it's still not for me.  This is 2.1 stock not using Bert's mod.

See these screenshots... looks correct to me.  This is with my mod active.
