June 14, 200718 yr Yep, UT is a frame-rate killer - always has been, because the models are simply sub-par. I am not saying it's a bad add-on, but the UT models are definitely the weakest link in UT.I have spent days replacing the default models with PAI and WOI models to get some decent framerates with realistic traffic (that was for FS9).Pat

I can't do it one model and one airliner at a time. Is there a batch process I could do to replace a set of models/paints?ThanksManny Manny Beta tester for SIMStarter
June 14, 200718 yr I am not aware of any batch process. I did it all by hand and followed the instructions that were posted in the UT forum. I imported the models/textures to and manually associated model/airline in UT. It was a very time-consuming undertaking.Pat
June 14, 200718 yr Manny,Thanks for your input on UTX. I have been using UTFS9 in FSX and not to bad. Was ready to take the upgrade but after your experience I think I will keep what I have.Carl Carl PC AMD Ryzen R7-5700G (8-Core) processor), AMD Radeon RX 6600 Graphics 8GB/ 2TB HD + 500GB SSD, 16GB DDR4 3200MHz RAM, Win11 _____________________________________________________________________________________
