August 25, 20223 yr Perhaps a stupid question, have you downloaded and installed the plane from the confirmation email or your user account at the pmdg website? The OPS Center is normally an automatic install within the installation of the plane. Try Steves idea first then if there shows nothing but browse for missing file its missing the VC files. Edited August 25, 20223 yr by 40track

It turns out you have to change your desktop scaling back to 100% in windows display settings or certainly a different percent than what it currently is. You then have to close the operations center and reopen once the setting is changed in order for it to show correctly. I have no idea why PMDG don't fix this type of thing to work automatically like other applications do. Anyway, hope that helps.

Well Thanks for that - it was just that !!! - and I now have to put on my glasses - pro tem - whilst on that OP Centre - and quickly back to the Windows recommended afterwards of 125% in Settings
