November 17, 20223 yr Hello all, I recently just switched to MSFS from P3d and am having problems with the throttle on my CH yoke. Seconds after adding full power with my CH yoke the in sim throttle is reduced to idle. This happens with all default aircraft (I don't have any payware a/c). I have done several calibrations through windows with no luck and the in sim flight controls shows the throttle is responding appropriately. I can't figure out how to fix this any suggestions? Thanks
November 17, 20223 yr Is the throttle assigned to something else? The World is divided into two groups. Those who say "Give me a link" and those that provide the link. WWG1WGA
November 17, 20223 yr Author Its listed as Joystick L -Axis Z under throttle in power management. I am able to add full power initially with the CH yoke but seconds later its reduced to almost zero. Can it also be assigned to something else? I'm not sure how to check that.

What option are you binding the throttle axis to? THROTTLE1 AXIS or THROTTLE1 AXIS (0 TO100)? Try the other one. -J 13700KF | RTX 4090 @ 1440 | 64GB DDR5 | 2 x 1TB SSDs | 1TB M.2 NVMe
November 17, 20223 yr Author I'm not sure how its binding. I just calibrated my CH yoke and pedals in windows and loaded up msfs. Since I saw its recognized I did not make any changes.

I gave two suggestions in my previous post. -J 13700KF | RTX 4090 @ 1440 | 64GB DDR5 | 2 x 1TB SSDs | 1TB M.2 NVMe

November 17, 20223 yr Author Even using the mouse to add full power does not work. As soon as I add full power with the mouse it reduces power to idle.
November 17, 20223 yr As Bert says. I suspect that there is another (duplicate) throttle command assigned in the sim, either on one of your controllers, keyboard or mouse. It is interfering with the CH Products throttle and overriding it. Search for “throttle” and un-assign everything but the CH Throttle as an input. The sim has multiple throttle options for axis and keys. I have the CH yoke and throttle does work perfectly in MSFS. In other words moving up and down the scale correctly in relation to your moving the throttle? I’m referring to the in-sim calibration screen with the graph? Which aircraft are you in? The FBW A32NX and A310 have a custom throttle calibration tool in the FlyPad on the flight deck that requires separate setup.
