Featured Replies

Once again - many thanks Alex!

I'd forgotten about "Show package contents".   Am more of a PC person than a Mac person !

Fantastic - thanks again. R

I don't know if you have been using them already, but I have made a bunch of new maps for LNM, which make some widely popular map and chart data accessible from LNM. I think you'll find them useful to

THANK YOU!!!! This is going to make creating my custom bush trips even easier and more accurate. Thank you so much! And thank you @albar965 for the most amazing companion tool ever made for Flight Sims

This works perfectly! Side note, anyone or @albar965 know how to remove the grid lines from the map? I have looked everywhere and searched online. I am sure it's super easy and I am just missing it. Screenshot-2480.png

I knew it was easy and I would feel like an word not allowed. Thank you so much for all you have given us Alex!

Thank you Bina so much for this contribution. I just got it and it's simply phenomenal. Requesting the following stuff here, if it's possible for you

  • U.K. IFR Enroute Low
  • U.K. IFR Enroute High
  • U.K. IFR Area Charts

Quite awesome.  The only thing you need to do is approach Asobo to use LNM by default in MSFS!

Alex - Stellar job on LNM for MS2020 Flight Simulator. Just downloaded it and am VERY impressed!!! Looking forward to learning the program better.

Bina - The U.S. VFR Sectionals add tremendously to LNM. Thank you!!!

Many thanks for the Map(s)!

I would request the VFR charts for Germany, if possible.

@Bina and @albar965

First- thank-you both!

Alex, you know how much I already appreciate your programs, and @Bina you have taken Alex’s stuff and brought so much more useful value to it. I woul echo requests for additional worldwide AVIATION/AIS charts AND an update each year (when your time permits).

Simply invaluable- Ta!

The maps are provided by other parties we don't have control of.
Making an own map is a project for its own.

I have to try this plugin in lnm but not working. maybe have everywhere more Infos for me. its VfR Germany Charts and i fly at the Moment in Germany ga VfR.

I tried the plugin with LNM 2.6.4.beta and it causes LNM to crash deep down in the Marble guts. Seems the source is delivering inconsistent image tiles where some are 256x256 and others are 512x512 pixels.

Alex

Edit: I tried to fix the black and sometimes "smearing" background map in Marble which happens with other maps too but no success yet.
