You simply plug it in and run the bridge software, which you have to start every time you fly, but that's the same as running the CPFilght software for the MCP, so nothing different. Click one button on the UI and then it's running! Looks very nice. December 7, 20223 yr I love mine. It goes well with spad.next. I don't even use the software from the developer anymore. With spad it is able to work with other aircraft also. One thing that is odd with this CDU. If USB devices turn off while using the CDU, the CDU will go into a splash screen and have to be restarted. This happens with other people but not everyone. So if my xbox controller which I use for the camera goes to sleep, then the CDU kicks off. This may not be a factor for you.
