  1. I had the same issues. I uninstalled all of my liveries and then uninstalled the plane and reinstalled the plane and the update. Reloaded in the sim and then exited and reinstalled the liveries. All is working now.
  2. Ha! You can change the setting to use MSFS default controls in the Manager. Glad you got it sorted.
  3. Are you scrolling with the mouse wheel to turn on the flight directors and auto throttle?
  4. Reading this made my brain start to hurt as in went back into what's left of its archives to see if I can help. I had many of the discs but need to restart my brain with a DOS boot to go back in time! Let me think about it.
  5. Paul, Be sure when you are in the Library page that you select MSFS 2024 in the left column. It defaults to MSFS if you don't. At least that is what worked for me. Good Luck!
  6. The way I avoid the tire scrubbing sound in most instances even at speeds higher than 10 knots is to start each turn using my rudder pedals and then apply the tiller. I also use the rudder pedals exclusively to maintain the taxiway centerline when going straight. With that said I generally don't make large turns at greater than 10 knots but by using the above I can make mostly noiseless turns on high-speed taxiways at greater than 10 knots. YMMV though.
  7. Thanks Mark! Hopefully you both can sort this out. Always appreciate that I paid for your wonderful software for MSFS 2020 and you are supporting MSFS 2024 for free.
  8. I have this problem intermittently which is odd. I have tried to make sure all of my simconnect programs are shut down (Volanta, avia server etc.) before exiting MSFS and that seemed to work but then it started again.... Go figure.
  9. Thanks for the update. I don't have blurriness just potholes and trees on the 4 taxiway bridges. Never a dull moment in Dallas!
  10. I applied the elevation fix previously discussed (removed the .tin file) and everything was fine. However, after the latest City Update 10 the taxiway bridges have trees on them and a lot of potholes caused by the elevation issues previously fixed. I have no problems with blurry ground textures, however. I replaced the .tin file to see if that was the issue but no effect. Is there anyone else experiencing this again and if yes, any ideas how to fix it? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
  11. I just "deleted" (moved it elsewhere) the .tin file and it fixed my elevation and texture issues.
  12. Thanks for this! Which solution works best if you know? Removing the photogrammetry cities or removing the .tin file or both? Any help much appreciated.
  13. I am happy with it as well. Way better than default and much needed. Blurry runways is an issue for me but I had that with default. Hopefully it gets fixed but I can live with it given everything else. I fly AA a lot and really needed a decent DFW so I am good. No comment on the price. To each his own. Just my opinion.....
  14. I think the sounds are great. However, I have run into a problem and I am not sure if it is caused by the new sound pack or today's update from PMDG. I set pause at top of descent which works fine except when I resume after the pause all engine and wind sounds are gone in the cockpit. Changing views used to fix this but no more. Anyone else encounter this or have a solution? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
  15. I had this exact same issue. I solved it by launching MSFS from the Microsoft Store as opposed to my desktop icon and that worked for me. Give it a try. Good luck!
  16. Apparently this is a known flaw with MSFS not GSX. I fixed it by going to the content manager and searching "volo" and uninstalling the 4 files that popped up (I think there were 4). After that the gates worked for me. Not sure this is the best solution or even the right one so put to you to try. I read about this on Flightsim.TO when I was updating the scenery. You can find the info there. Good Luck!
  17. I disabled RAAS in the Max and enabled it in vRAAS and now I have full alerts plus the display. Not sure if that is the way to do it but it worked for me. I think this program is great and so far, and bullet proof.
  18. Ditto! Would love to add this to the MAX. So grateful for the add on of the TFDI MD-11. It's a game changer oddly enough. Tough to fly without it.
  19. Aaron, It works for me. Just be sure you save the setting after you click on it. I believe the save button is in the lower left corner. When it is activated and pauses the left ND will pop up and say click here to unpause. Pretty cool. Good luck!
  20. I just read on the TFDI Discord that this is being worked on so looks like good news.
  21. What is the process for updating?
