Saitek controls not recognized

Do the controllers show up in MSFS options/controllers? It could be that an update reset them and you may have to set them up again.

Thanks again Ark.  Yes, the mouse does move the controls.

Thank you Phantoms. By reset do you mean just unplug and then plug each one in again?

Another thing you could take a look at is the USB setup in the Win10 Control panel when the sim is running. Go to Control Panel > Device Manager > Human Interface Devices and you will see something like the first pic below. You will see an indication if anything is wrong. Assuming all OK, if you double click on some of the entries you will see something like the second pic below. And for each device that has a power option, under the Power Management tab you want to have Allow this device to wake the computer selected, and NOT Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power. Not all the entries will have these options, but for those that do you want to have the correct settings. I would be surprised if your controllers are being turned off here, but it doesn't hurt to take a look at this.

I think if you download the free trial version of axis and oh that you will find the controllers work fine in MSFS.

In my own case, early days of MSFS I found all sorts of strange behavior with my controls. Some would do nothing. Some would work in MSFS Sensitivity window but not in a flight. Some would only move about  half way in the Sensitivity window graphic with the same behavior in flights.

I downloaded AAO in desperation and found that all controls worked perfectly when programmed in AAO and deleted from MSFS profiles.

As MSFS rolled by one after another, behavior of controls changed if assigned in MSFS. Sometimes oddly, sometimes for the better. AAO continued to operate them perfectly.

More time went by and more MSFS updates. And now the controls work fine regardless of whether they are assigned in MSFS Control Window, or in AAO. Both methods now work perfectly.

I have no explanation of any of this.

ARK:  Thank you for all your help.  I did exactly as you said in Device Manager and corrected all that were set wrong. Still not working in MSFS but continue to work fine in X-Plane 12.

FIELDER  Thank you.  I have A&O and will try programing with that .
