December 9, 20223 yr Hi, are many of you getting finally good frames? WOW! I just tried it and its horrendous still. I do lock my frames at 30 and tested the PMDG, Fenix, FBW Neo and all never dropped 30..I can unlock and the frames would sit around low 40s and sometimes mid 50s at KSAN (Latin VFR KSAN). Then I try the A310 with the latest update from the marketplace and 20, then maybe 25 out side is a slideshow 15, then 20ish....come on!...Hope there is better optimization with this plane cause I defiantly want to fly it but the immersion is ruined by lower frames. December 9, 20223 yr No slideshow for me but the plane is hard on frames, more than most other, inibuilds have to do still some work on optimise the plane for this Sim. I read in there Forum they still working on future updates for MSFS, and if you read the Forum you see a lot Threads with issues so lets hope.. cheers 😉 08.2024 new PC is online : ASUS ROG STRIX X670E-F GAMING WIFI Mainboard, AMD Ryzen™ 9 7950X3D Prozessor, G.Skill DIMM 64 GB DDR5-6000 (2x 32 GB) Dual-Kit, MSI GeForce RTX 4090 VENTUS 3X E 24G OC Grafikkarte, 2x WD Black SN850X NVMe SSD 4 TB - Drive C+D, WD Gold Enterprise Class 12 TB for storage HDD, Thermaltake Toughpower GF3 1000W PC - Power supply, Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 EVO CPU Aircooler with 7 Heatpipes, Design Meshify 2 White TG Clear Tint Tower-Case, 3x 4K monitors 2x32 Samsung 1x27 LG 3840x2160, Windows11 Prof. 23H2 - now Windows11 Prof. 25H2 Flightsimulator Hardware: Honeycomb Throttle Bravo, Logitech Extreme 3D Pro, Logitech Flight Joke System, XBox Controller, some Thrustmaster stuff, Winwing CDU Panels.

December 9, 20223 yr Quote And the worst thing is that doesn't have passengers cabin modeled MS still calls it a FLIGHT Simulator, not Passenger Sim....
December 9, 20223 yr What are you guys on about? It has one of the best if not the best modelled pax cabin in the sim. And on my dinosaur PC, frame rates are locked in at 30 and that’s where they stay. Mix of High and Ultra settings. December 9, 20223 yr I believe there is a base version installed with the 40th anniversary pack that has lower definition textures (2k instead of 4k), and also, without the cabin. If you go to the marketplace and install the 'enhanced' version, you get the cabin and 4k textures (maybe other stuff as well). I believe this is where the confusion is being created. I think this is a similar situation to the DC-3, which also has an enhanced version in the marketplace. Some of us were getting the wild wing-over and stall with the DC-3, and some weren't. This is because there was a genuine mistake in the enhanced flight model file which the author has since recognised (the basic version was fine). It has been corrected by the files over at flightsim.to until Airplane Heaven push their proper fix. Edited December 9, 20223 yr by bobcat999 Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind). I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio. December 9, 20223 yr Author Ok, I removed the enhancement package and now the frames are alot better. Asus Tuf Gaming Plus B550 - Ryzen 7 5800X3D - Asus GeForce 4080 RTX OC Edition - 64GB DDR4 (3600Mhz) - EVGA 850W Power Supply - 2X 1 TB NVME PCIE gen 4 - Windows 11 (25H2)
