We are seeing some good news about the Longitude and AAU beta. Any reports on the CJ4? Particularly interested in flight model updates.

I have Deluxe version and will not probably update to get the Longitude.

I think you will find many of those in the link I provided. If you have not checked it out, IMO you should if you are truly interested in the AAU1 CJ-4

It's very clear on my end...I think we've been over this.  You'll have to zoom in I guess.

That or use TAA and not dlss because it's too blurry right now.

The CJ4 is a default aircraft and with the new aau1 beta it's phenomenal!  Split fms is possible - full approach entries like hold in lieu ofs are possible now, missed approaches etc.  They also tweaked the flight model so it can land in a crosswind with rudder and aileron input.  There's so many features that are even a massive upgrade from their original mod.  They are planning on adding datalink which will show metars as well.

Looks like all bug reports to me. Some positive comments about the upgrade in general but little about the flight model.

And I see now it’s compatible with air manager again, I just returned from California (rain!?!) and will test it out 😄

Hey - I already gave a response and a reference to the flight model!

I'm with btacon - join the beta!  I don't understand why you are all up in arms??  You're asking about something you have access to, FOR FREE!  All it takes is about 5 min to setup the beta access...and a few GB's of downloads.

I'll even go out of my way to post instructions on how to access the beta:

Sorry, not going to join the formal beta. Already a part of the long term beta. No offense. I've spent enough of my flightsim time debugging and fixing not so great products. Business jets are not really my thing on a frequent basis, not a magenta line kinda flyer. But the CJ4 seemed like a good way to explore that modality a little further without spending fixed income retirement money on it. 

Also, remember, it is better to be helpful than right.

PS @ryanbatc I do appreciate the comments about the flight model.

Oh. So you really came here just to complain.  With that said your comment on my “belonging at Avsim” is quite rich. 

Go get the beta or just shut up and wait until it is formally released. Your choice.
