January 6, 20233 yr In my upgrading to the bigger jets looking for help with a problem On the A320 FBW - and probably others in the airbus fleet - I have found that if I want to use VNAV etc - it is called "Managed' - or 'Selected' - for general autopilot use and to select either of these requires a Push/Pull effort on the mouse - and also - the reset of baro and headings Unfortunately - my mouse doesn't seem to adopt the characteristics that will carry this out - ie the up and down pointer - just the hand My mouse is a tLogitech gaming mouse (G603) with 4 buttons and a center disc and I cannot find anything on the control set ups - in either my mouse or Honeycomb A and B to replicate this/these actions Help !

I'll try this too. Should end up being much more convenient than fiddling with the tiny cursor aim zone! 5800X3D, 64GB 3200 RAM, 7900 XT 20GB

Enable the Legacy cockpit interaction system in General Options / Accessibility. The Lock system can be used by dragging. But that does not work for push and pull. But that does not work for push and pull. using that - allowed the u p and down arrows on the mouse - which signify Managed and selected - but there is no indication as to the success of this push/ pull - ie how does one know that either one is on!?

January 9, 20233 yr Author OK ! - I have established the clicking procedure - 'Hold left button over the top or bottom of the switch - show arrow - and click I can see the switch move in or out which should signify - managed or Selected - ie the dot should come on - or off - but nothing happens I have tried this on the FBW 320 - and the default Asobo 320 - both of which default start in managed mode - ie dotted line and single dot and doing the selected of the above - arrow down - results in - dots go off - and numbers up - but clicking the top again - nothing happens stays with numbers up - and which should have turned them off - for managed state what else can I do
