Bespoke Airport

Featured Replies

When loading MSFS there is a picture of a bespoke airport.  Which airport is this?

Tom

I think someone started a thread/poll on the MSFS forums for all those splash screens to have locations/text stamped on them. Some of them are stunning - and are a great advert for the sim ... if only we could find them!!!

Are you talking about the airport that sits in a water bay? If so, I want to know which one that is too...

Do you mean this one? lKnzOki.jpg

That's Donegal Airport in Ireland.

There is a thread on the official forum where some users are trying to find all the locations. Many have already been found. I'd post a link but I'm not sure if I'm allowed to.

That's Kai Tak, the former international airport of Hong Kong. It closed in 1998.

Yep, when I saw that during the boot up, I tried to find it too. Turns out it is VHHX. Thanks to Shack95!
