After the last update I'm getting CTD on just about every flight after 15-30 minutes. I uninstalled and reinstalled msfs and problem remains.

Anyone else here experiencing the same?

I had CTD in brand new PC with freshly installed vanilla MSFS. It appeared  Razer cortzex optimizing app  started conflicted with MSFS. I uninstalled and CTD are gone. I used this app before without any issues. You never know...

Like the OP, after SU11 I was experiencing more CTDs after 30-45 min of flight, changing views, going back to main menu. Any function requiring an input. I took Sonosusto's list and discovered that by changing the power management profile (never turn off) of the USB devices seems to have eliminated the fearsome CTDs. Just a suggestion... but totally agree it's a real pain having to deal with sim crashing in midst of a long flight. Hope you get it sorted....

Oh yes I have a razer mouse and keyboard and their apps just interfere too much for this old dog, I just use MS drivers totally uninstall the bloatware

ROG Crossair Hero X670e , 9900X, TUF 4090 , X4 NVME's. OS  2TB 980 Pro , MSFS  2TB WD Black , Kington Fury 64GB ram ( 6000) Corsair RM1000 PSU, Artic Freezer iii 360 AIO  . Phanteks P600s Case ,TCL QM8B 50" 120 Hz  TV,second 24 inch screen for charts you tube etc, and 11" touch screen for the EFB. Warthog Stick and TCA Captains throttle ( full pack)  Velocity 1 Rudder Pedals , extreme3D for the Tiller,Streamdeck XL x2 / Streamdeck +/Streamdeck mini because i like pressing buttons

The best cure I have found for CTD's is to turn off the rolling cache. Makes no difference to the Sim that I can notice, and I've never has a ctd since.

I had fewer CTDs by turning off the Hardware Accelerator GPU scheduling  HAGS) at  settings-system-display-graphics-change default graphic settings
