Hjet v2 exterior lights (nighttime) .

I noticed nav lights On makes strobe lights flash.

Also, the Logo light started flashing rather than steady On in ?

I have not yet checked all the Norm, Off, On combinations for all external lights.

I have the same problem with my updated file from Marketplace.  Do others have this problem with aircraft purchased from other places?

 

UPDATE - this mod at flightsim.to seems to have fixed the problem for me:  Search for '[HJet] V1.1 - External LED Lights Improvement'

Report the issue on their official Discord channel - the fastest way to get help!

I do not use discord.

Possible a pilot on discord that sees this problem could report it and give feedback here.

Possibly, possibly not - don't think AVSIM is quite the centre of the flightsim world that some think.

I haven't seen this flashing before, possible hardware trying to override the lights? can you check that you have no external hardware controlling the lights?

First, thanks for the reply.

I just now loaded the PMDG737-600 for a quick external lights test.

All ok.

For the HJet v2 I watched the great tutor video posted here in the AVSIM forum.

I did not recall lights testing in the video so I did a quick test when I loaded the HJetv2 in MSFS.

I started with all light Off (manually) then started turning them on/off one at a time.

If you cannot duplicate any problems with your setup I could do a short video.

 

Note:

In another post I seen there was a long ago lighting (tweek) to fix external lighting but I normally do not "tweek" a developer's product without permission.

Edit: I do not control lights with any external controls. Just normal mouse clicks in the VC cockpit.

Are you seeing the same strobe and logo lights on your in house version 2?

Do you need another video or more testing with different external lighting selection combinations?
