End of product support for Prepar3D

Recommended Posts

As you are aware we are no longer selling or supporting P3D products as of January 1.

It was decided to give back to the community and we have released most of our products (a few exceptions) as a free downloads.

The link for the freebies can be found on the bottom of our webpage and the old Milviz support forum is viewable by anyone as a read only archive.

Thank you for your support and we look forward to seeing you in the skies of MSFS.

A great option !

https://blackbirdsims.com/flight/freebies.php

Thanks BlackBird @Slayer68 this asnswers my question on the BlackBird support forum I posted after attempting to purchase in the new year start.

Would these be the very latest version download links to those updated with v5 installers ?

Or is is going to be required to register to the Support Forum to find and download a v5 installer ?

Cheers

From what I observed, the v5-ready products come with the v5-ready installer.  The support forums are open to public access and read-only now, so registering there is a non-starter.

Also of note, some of the products show a key code when you mouse over the link on the download page--you'll need to write those down for use when installing.  They're easy to miss if you're not aware that they're there.

Thank you so much for this announcement! I'm so beyond excited to be able to fly these amazing airplanes after all!  I am in airplane heaven now!

No - I was able to download some, but I think that now the site is overloaded.

Needs to be patients.

Only interested about 737 - will that one work in P3D5 as long as installer is only to P3D4?

I downloaded all of aircraft several hours ago and did not have a problem in the wee hours of the night.  Site probably is overloaded now.

Good to know, thanks for checking.  I am really interested in that plane as well.  Guess I'll be installing it in good old FSX since I don't own any prior versions of P3D.  I'm just happy to be able to fly these planes no matter how.
