Here's what I find especially bizarre about this bandwidth situation. If you carefully read last Thursday's Development Update and compare it to the Development Update from two weeks ago, you'll see that the bandwidth problem has been upgraded from "Under Investigation" (two weeks ago) to "Started (Effective AAU-2)." I don't understand how the bandwidth problem can be addressed by a second Aircraft & Avionics update. At least they're aware of -- and hopefully fixing -- the bandwidth problem.

Well.
For me it all started after the AAU1 update!!

Where did you read this?

In the last two MSFS Development Updates, the most recent of which is pinned at the top of the MSFS forum here. It states that the bandwidth issue will be addressed in the forthcoming AAU2. Again, I don't know what an Aircraft and Avionics Update has to do with server bandwidth. But check it out for yourself in the March 30 list of bugs.

Yeah, in my case it also for sure started with AAU1. So there seems to be a relation.

the low bandwith simulator is back again, see ongoing thread on flightsimulator-com. Deceided for me not to buy any new hard- or software until final solution, reminds me a little bit of FSX with the memory bug which never could be finally ironed out because of wrong initial considerations. Here the scenario seems to be similar, MSFS was designed as an online-only game for all XBox and PC user in the same core and now the producers are unable to fullfill the requests of load. And they did not respond to the questions made at their own forum, instead they slowed it down to minimize input ...and hoping for better times and for users which shutting off their systems to remove the demand. But they did not talk about it, at least the actual status and an idea how to manage the problem we could expect. Instead the SU25 and WU78 are comming around the corner and Jorg and Hans are happy together in the conferences. Sorry not very amused. Best regards
