Hanoi to Saigon in an old Caravelle

Recommended Posts

I first ported this FS9 plane to FSX, so I could add a VC, then I ported it over to MSFS, and here is this vintage beauty now. It has been sitting far too long in my virtual hangar, collecting dust 🙂

I'm incredibly impressed, Bernd. I never did really get to grips with the whole thing of merging VCs and such in these portovers. This is a wonderful looking plane, that interior is better than quite a few supposedly newly produced payware models I have.

And a great set of pictures to boot! (not actually sure of the origin of that phrase, but I dare say Google will tell me)

To be honest, I didn't expect it to turm out that nicely after I had finished this little conversion project from FS9 to MSFS 🙂🙂

Arguably the most aesthetic plane ever built.... Bernd...!!

Caravelle's most unique teardrop (cabin) windows are quite apparent in one of your (close-up) external shots...!

Great looking set, here.

Thanks for bringing this classic to the MSFS world... (until one appears from somewhere else) ....
