July 2, 20232 yr in 2021 I purchased the Red Wings beta version of their Lockheed Constellation and paid on Simmarket (pre app). Now here we are two years later and Red Wings has had a number of updates since my purchase. I wish to download the latest update, and Simmarket now only accepts orders on their app. I have tried this previously, downloaded the app, followed the instructions, but unable to make it work. Just tried it, and again it does not work. The Constellation is also available on the MSFS market, but their seems no way to indicate that I have already paid for the aircraft. So here I am, have purchased the plane and cannot get the latest update except through MFSF Store, paying an additional £50! Does anyone have any experience in this and advice on how I can get the latest update without having to pay twice? July 2, 20232 yr Perhaps a more detail explanation of what is happening when you try to download it through the SimMarket app -- Possibly some screenshots? Though I don't blame you, the SimMarket app, last time I tried it, was a fairly mediocre product. Though I haven't had any problems downloading through it. July 2, 20232 yr Hi, you can still log in to your account on the simmarket web site and download your updated products from there unless they specifically use simmarkets siminstaller. I dont have the constellation so can’t check that one. as an aside I’ve been using the app with no issues, what specifically are you having problems with ? cheers Steve

The latest update of the Super Constellation has now been installed and I intend to do a test flight later today.
