Big Apple to Appalachian Mountains

Picked up my "new" V35 and flew it from Teterboro to Mifflin County KTEB-KRVL.  This was an IFR flight at 8000 ft.  About 170 miles at 160 knots over the ground.

The later half of the flight is quite scenic, and I hope you enjoy!  The paint is available from Crispy136: (he unfortunately left flightsim.to and his paints are now here https://www.flightsim.com/profile/269250-crispy136/content/?type=downloads_file)

TEB is payware by Dreamflight (sold on contrail or other places/marketplace).  KRVL is "handcrafted" and included in the base sim.

Stunning livery. You came darn close to my house when you passed Allentown, Ryan. It took me a minute to get oriented and identify it, but that "fun little airstrip outside of Allentown" is Easton Airport (also referred to as Braden's Airpark, at one time). Spent my formative (little kid) years watching Tri-Pacers, Pacers, Super Cubs and Apaches landing there. (Braden was a longtime Piper dealership.) The athletic fields just to the left belong to Lafayette College, but the main campus is a few miles away in Easton city proper.

Oh I'll have to go and fly there!  I wish I were around for the glory days of aviation.

Another beautiful GA a/c that would perfectly fit the bill for you, Ryan...🙂 ...

Interesting trip westward across Pennsylvania and into the Appalachian Mountains ... I am more familiar travelling the Southern Pennsylvania regions...used to drive from Columbus (OH) to Bowie (MD) twice a year for several years ...I-70/I-76 east to Harrisburg (PA), and then southward ...

These parts of Pennsylvania, with rolling hills and meadows, provide some of the most enjoyable driving scenery as I recall ...

Very nice set you've captured, here, from start to finish...!!
