I must admit that I overlooked that the windspeed is shown in m/s (although windspeed in aviation is usually measured in knots as we all know) when I wrote "few knots", and the gusts came from 270. I realized it myself maybe 2 h after posting. That's why I made a video from the "other" sim under the same conditions (see further below). However, the system of values is still (partly) silly. You can choose between U.S. system, metric and hybrid. Quiz question: who recognizes in the following 4 pictures where the error lies (conditions are unchanged)?
